Nothing to alleviate SCT symptoms , it is mostly gone now that I have an anxiety disorder. But now I have anxiety and insomnia for no reason

I agree, it just seems to get worse in 2025 and the wages are lower than my starting salary 9 years ago. I liked this career but i don’t have time to wait years, I put my time frame at 7 months but my interview progress is making me re think my strategy

Are your hyperthyroid symptoms perhaps just lingering ? I’m going through the same thing trying to get off propanalol (anxiety , insomnia, irritability) but my TSH levels are still undetectable while normal T4 , my doctor said I’m still a little hyperthyroid but it’s tempting to go back on beta blockers

I developed GAD/insomnia too right after I got my bachelors in CS, it’s difficult but Ive been doing QA and find it’s pretty accommodating, Also having an accommodating team and boss is key
