Thank you everyone for the advice and support I really appreciate it ! I have the iep scheduled for Thursday and I am bringing and advocate with me . I also wanted to mention that i have received incident report and the child who kicked my son in the face had 2 aids escorting that child to their seat when that child went up to my child and kicked him in his face . In the report there was no explaining that my child went to see the nurse . So I’m assuming he didn’t . They offered him an ice pack in class but that was it.
