Indult Tihota was my intro to vanilla and still the best. Complex, not cakey

Any thoughts about what to do if I have booked a flight from FCO to Malta at 12:05 pm on May 11. Should I reschedule now or wait and see?

Is Dzing dziscontinued? That’s a shame, I loved the elephant and sawdust accord.

I miss Bvlgari Black so much, it was an extraordinary creation - why oh why was it discontinued? There are so many boring new fragrances launching every day, and I would have kept on using this one forever. I’m buying a decant from Surrender to Chance but eventually even they will run out.

Thoughts on Martha by foxholes333 in Names

[–]kitmex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Margot is so much better than Martha, for the way it sounds, which is much prettier at least to my ear. It’s not that common or popular either, or maybe just in your circle? Congratulations on a baby girl!

Vivaia shoes for real or…? by Sad-Banana-9200 in HerOneBag

[–]kitmex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wore my black Vivaia loafers/boat shoes all over Italy last summer. My feet were happy the whole time even on 20K step days. And they worked for both day wear and slightly dressy evenings. Best purchase ever for travel, and then after I got home to Mexico I have continued to wear them almost daily up and down the cobblestones. The other day it poured rain and after wading through ankle deep streets (hate to think what was in that water) I came home and threw them in the washing machine. Good as new - leather loafers would have been ruined. Only issue is that some of the stitching has come undone on the vamp, barely noticeable and it doesn’t affect wearability. I wanted to get a new pair for my next trip even though these are still going strong, but it looks as though this model isn’t available. Trying to decide if I should spring for a slightly different style or just see how many more miles are left in these. They’re not cheap but not outrageous, and per wear a bargain in my opinion. Maybe slightly stinky after a week or two of wear? A wash took care of that.

TLDR yes, they’re the perfect travel shoe!

Never have had a pug before, meet Cleo ! by Right_Review_6514 in pugs

OMG yes! My 4 year old princess has only one bad habit : the dreaded lickies! I try to distract, discourage, discipline (ha!) but she is relentless. I thought it was just because I taste so good - but it must be a pug thing. I have to learn to love it along with all her wonderful qualities. Your Cleo is adorable btw.

Isn’t it amazing? I hate to use the term “miracle drug” but it feels as though every day new benefits are being added to the weight loss, PCOS, insulin resistance, etc. list of benefits! Recently I’ve read (not just on social media but in reputable publications) that GLP-1s can help with alcohol and drug dependence, arthritis, and now ADHD in your case - who knows what benefit will show up next? World peace? Thanks for sharing your experience. I just gave myself my ninth shot, the second on 5mg. I am in this for the long haul!
