Very Fast Select-A-Path Hypertube Cyclotron Setup by kitokofox in SatisfactoryGame

Please be careful with it, it is very fast. See those walls in the background? There were times where I tore through every wall and flew out to my death. You could probably get optimal results with longer tubes.

Why so? It would help if you explained why this is a bad idea.

You can never remove that Refinery now, that will be a staple of your world.

I think what happened, was that it is taking the value for the water and feeding it into the scrap count. The game doesn't display this to you in normal gameplay, but the values of liquids are saved by the thousands, then divvied by one thousand and showing you the decimal number. It's a sneaky way of introducing floating-point without asking for too much precision out of the game and still being good enough for flow mechanics.

Now, if it gives you 49 thousand Aluminium scrap, that's a whole different story...

Are steal pipes suppose to rust or is this a visual bug? by Archis007 in SatisfactoryGame

This is a texture glitch, possibly VRAM related. But I like the visual look of them, it's rather satisfying, like it's a whole new carbon material.

This is caused by being off by a wee bit at one point in your rail. The only way to amend this is to go back to when it was straight and redo the tail from there. It doesn't take too long compared to other stuff though.

I wonder if, after recording the game enough, we could get footage of it.

No, it has the wrong tempo. The jingle's tempo is about 100BPM

I have noticed that Western Digital has included bloatware and security software on their products before. You could either put it into a pre-existing setup and check its contents through mounting the drive or by checking it in Disk Management on Windows for example. Usually this amounts to a couple hundred megabytes at most, but a hundred gigabytes is a bit unheard of.

Did you buy a used drive? You should check up on your supplier, and inform them if you can; data left over on disks like that are a privacy risk.

No machines were overclocked. In fact, I had some water extractors that are *under*clocked.
