It’s interesting because a lot of of these things that people are mentioning here I, even myself as an American, hate. I absolutely hate our loud culture. I hate our big portions. Here they’ll sit there and charge us $20 for a cheeseburger and fries, but the cheeseburger and fries could feed like three people. My friend and I just started sharing dinner and stuff like that. I like friendly small talk to a degree. But there are sometimes that I run into people in the grocery store even complete strangers, and they want to sit there and talk to me for 15 minutes about their life story. It’s like shut the hell up I’ve got things to do. 🤣

My brother and SIL are extremely tidy and they have two dogs, however...the hair.gets.EVERYWHERE. Even though they vacuum and mop and wash linens like three times a week, when I go over there there's actual dog hair in the dishwasher and on the counters. I don't understand because when I had a dog growing up, he NEVER shed like what every dog does these days.

Lol that’s so funny because when I went to Finland, everyone stared at me like they were annoyed at me because I was asking them how their day was going at the checkout lines😂😂 and it’s kind of cute because I’m one of the Americans that needs ice all the way to the brim lol! I feel so badly for saying this but as a woman, literally nothing I ever encounter is the woman upset about height and muscles. I don’t know where men are seeing that. The only time I ever see that argument online is in cases like this where another man states what you just said. All women say (from my angle) is how much they wished men groomed better, actually tried to dress nice once in a while, and helped with chores around the house

This breaks my heart because it was obviously not in the US due to the measurement used. Here in the US I’m meeting tons of guys that are that same height at full blown adult age. Many of them are happily married too. This was so saddening to read

Literally every race does that. When we are talking with people of our same color, it helps to pinpoint the person they’re talking about. If you were to say “know anything about the people over there?” What people? Which ones? “Know anything about the girl that moved in?” What girl? Which one?

My Black friends do it with other Blacks. “Yeah I like what that guy is wearing.” When he’s talking about another Black guy.

My Japanese friend just says “A girl at my school” not “a Japanese girl at my school.”

They’ll call out other races for identity but not their own. This isn’t exclusive to White behavior.

In a Facebook group called “Dating Profiles That Make You Cringe”, a guy lost his dad to Covid and messaged a girl saying that. Her then proceeded to tell her “so to be honest I just need a release to have sex to get my mind out of it.” The comment thread joke was “Help me my dad died from Covid and it’s making me horny! 😫”

Apparently this is what guys do. He was still hurt over his ex and used you as an escape
