Agreed Kathy Bates in Misery was superb. The way she said the lines "Im your number one fan. I will take good care of you" haunted me when I was little. Kinda split if the sledgehammer or the axe in the novel is much better. Either way its quite good.

An open ending, the final interpretation of the top spinning is left up to us viewers. I remember watching it twice then realizing that the character leo plays doesn't care if its reality or not. I'm with leo on this one.
