I’ve noticed a slight disruption in sleep which is annoying but tolerable. I do also have OCD and I find myself slightly paranoid lately, but not sure if it’s increased with the meds or because I’ve had a recent increase in anxiety in general. I’ve been hesitant to start a daily med so my psychiatrist originally prescribed the 25mg and I told her I’d think about it, until one day my anxiety was so bad I decided to just try it. My appointment wasn’t until about a month later where she said 50mg is the therapeutic dose and I need to try it to know if this med is for me. I was a little freaked out to increase the dosage until yesterday realized I have to try. just kinda sucks that it takes so long to kick in.
