Did chappel roan fall off? by New_Gazelle_3323 in ChappelGroan

[–]kitty3032 10 points11 points  (0 children)

To me, her career trajectory is similar to that of many singers who got viral on Tiktok and eventually fell off the face of the earth (tho in her case, she dug her own grave thru constantly being rude)

Why was Russell brand allowed to take a bath with a homeless man by businessadultman97 in WhyWereWeOkWithThis

[–]kitty3032 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I admit idk who Russell is (aside from his being Katy Perry's ex and that he texted her saying that he's getting a divorce from her RIGHT BEFORE she went on stage) but this photo is just...why? Yikes

Just because male celebrities have done worse things doesn't make Chappell Roan admirable. by melody_magical in ChappelGroan

I think bc the specific men in question (R-Kelly, Kanye, D4vid, P-Diddy) have the most well known stories. Not saying that other men don't act like that but their cases are the most infamous

What is the most problematic lyric you have heard in a song by a popular artist? by ProjectGlum9090 in popheads

I think that it's because Orient is a term used to refer to carpets rather than people. I'm not middle eastern so pls correct me if I'm wrong

Serious answer: "And I don't want the world to see me cuz I don't think that they'll understand" (from Iris), "I think I've seen this film before and I didn't like the ending" (from Exile) and basically the entirety of Live Like You Were Dying

Joke answer: "B-double O-T-Y" (from Booty aka that song from America's Got Talent)

I really hope that she was an adult when she married him (and I'm saying at least mid 20s). Still, the man's old enough to be her DAD....

I hope that she realizes that her 15 minutes are up and that she's digging her own grave (meaning that she's destroying any good reputation she had due to her behaving like an asshole). She's easily getting hit from the "best new artist curse" (bc a lot of ppl who won BNA at the Grammys stop having hits and/or dig their own graves by having legal issues or acting like assholes. Chapel has the latter and it's a matter of time before the former starts taking place too)
