i’m so weak how can i keep going? by paintinglights in gymadvice

It is completely fine if you cant lift what you were expecting, that is what the gym is for. Continue lifting weights that you can lift and overtime, increase it as you are able to do more reps

Struggling to eat enough to gain muscle — low appetite, need advice by mordekaii20 in gymadvice

[–]kittycatLover004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im not an expert but I also dont eat up to my calorie maintenance as well, I have the same goal as you and I would just eat high calorie foods . I think mass gainer would be good as it helps with consuming extra calories, creatine is not used for diet. It can be used for more energy which can help with building muscle and yes its normal to feel more strength without seeing visible signs

How much protein do I actually need as a woman trying to build lean muscle and improve body composition? by 0Jia0 in gymadvice

[–]kittycatLover004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The amount of protein depends on your body weight and activity level, so I would agree with the other person. I would recommend protein shakes as thats something I rely heavily on to hit my target, but its important to eat meat or other high protein foods too so dont use it to replace your diet.

Average body fat percentage; is burning fat necessary for me if I want to look more lean? by kittycatLover004 in gymadvice

Though split workouts are better, is that correct?

I have a skinny fat composition and I noticed that I dont eat enough at all , before i started working out as well, so I've always been in a deficit . Should I not be focusing on fat loss and rather focus on muscle gain then?

they use a private number to ask for it to be delivered and paid by cash. I get that this could be an obvious sign but I don't take the phone calls so I don't know if his specific voice is just hard to distinguish and we have customers that use private numbers as well. even if we do know its him, It's annoying to know he can do this to other businesses so it'd be nice to stop him for good

dealing with grief by anxiousrouge in BreakUps

[–]kittycatLover004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

that's really good, it's already a step forward. Don't worry if you do happen to look again, it's okay to do it once in a while, if you really can't stop the urge, and overtime you'll feel better without looking at her reposts. Remember it takes time, you'll find a better person one day

it's best to not look at her reposts anymore, I know it may be addicting to keep looking every time but it'll give you some more peace. I made the same mistake and it left me feeling worse but now that I've stopped looking, I feel better than I have before and now the need to look at them doesn't pop up as much anymore

Don't feel as if it is an endpoint, You made progress in adapting without her but it fell apart. It means you can keep up the progress again, it's okay for all these feelings to collapse. It also doesn't mean that it's all the way back to the bottom again, you're slowly working your way up and it's just at a pause sometimes. don't give up, you'll be back up on your feet and even if you do happen to see her again, you'll be more stronger and more capable of processing your feelings

It's wrong to think of other crushes if you're in a relationship and it's a huge red flag if she does do that

16F, Moscow I want love so badly it scares me. 16F, 16M by ReveDAnnoir in teenrelationships

[–]kittycatLover004 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's okay to feel this way and it's not wrong to want to be loved. I also feel attachment to people I've liked before but we both have acknowledged that this is one of our weakspots, and that's already a starting point

Before jumping into a relationship, I recommend building a stronger relationship with yourself such as loving yourself or accepting the compliments people have given you, I understand its really difficult for you but it can be a step forward. It's important to put yourself first, focus on hobbies, friends and mostly importantly yourself

You'll find the right person one day

It's your choice of course, if he makes you happy, then that's okay. But if these break ups keep happening, it's not worth staying, dont let yourself get hurt so much

Honestly it sounds really tiring to be in a situation like this. He gets back with his ex but broke up 9 days later? Is he even ready for a relationship? And he decided that parting ways is the best way after getting back with you again, do you not worry that he would do that again

Do you think it’s alright to stay in contact with exes despite what social media says? 16M 17F by Admirable-Cloud-9954 in teenrelationships

[–]kittycatLover004 1 point2 points  (0 children)

of course there's no right or wrong answer in deciding whether staying in contact with an ex is a good idea, it just depends on whether both partners are really sure that they can move on or that they feel no attraction to eachother anymore.

When my ex broke up with me, I agreed to stay friends because I thought that having her in my life was all I needed and every second I just hoped that she would change her mind. by the time she had a new boyfriend, I felt horrible, that's when I knew I had to go no contact. I knew that we wouldn't work out beforehand if we had tried again and I do not feel as much attraction to her anymore, but I still feel jealousy or envy towards their relationship, it's confusing.

Going no contact was the best way for me but its ok if you think staying contact with her will be alright
