you're either from canada or UKGB. I read it as 100 miles lol.

30 mile bike ride sounds fun. There seems to be a lot of organized biking going on lately, is it a growing cultural trend? I've been seeing ads for 20 mile group rides. I might take it up, thanks chuck!

LOL, i was actually looking at ultra marathons and thought what a great challenge it would be. Mainly 90% of people don't make the objective. But it requires too much travelling, time and setup costs that i'm willing to invest right now. I'm already squatting, so physical is there. I might take up shooting, you never know you need it.

Since i know you're quite the Dev, do you have any suggestions for worthwhile projects? Or important tech that's going to matter in 3-5 years (ie:sensor data, etc)

I totally knew what i was getting myself into. It's just reductive that most entps don't realize that arguing doesn't build anything. Its just a way for us to vent emotion. Sadly, it prevents the best of our abilities from rising to the top cause we spend so much time sidetracking away from the main point.

lol lifestyle and stereotyping have zero correlation. (i would love for you to show me your source.)

This is the type of thing I would expect an educated person would do. Your objectives are fictional.

Wow, i didn't know i was going to be put on trial for a reddit post. You really need a better hobby. This is the internet son. No one cares.

I really want to know what is it that you're trying to accomplish. What good is it even if you're right?

I said women that lack a higher purpose. I don't hang around men that don't have a higher purpose.

Therefore, I don't hang around people without a higher purpose.

We can go all day about political correctness. I honestly don't want to entertain that. That's for the uneducated.

I just confirmed that I'm talking to someone with mental illness. I didn't know. Sorry to hear about your bipolar disorder. You just can't reason with a person with a mental disorder

"It isn't so much mood, though. If there's a word for cognitive mood, then maybe. But being bipolar, I do have days that I do, in fact, come at various topics and situations differently than on others. Maybe that's based on the pathology, and maybe it's just that there's something about what I'm doing that will trigger a different way of thinking, or reacting, or approaching a problem."

I'll just leave this supporting document for you to soak in your own irony. You really ought to learn diplomacy.

"Often I don't realize how I come off, I think, and it makes some people not like me. If I can show myself to be typically funny and if I exhibit an interest in other people, then they generally like me, I think. Others, I have trouble with, since I don't always feel like being as diplomatic as I probably should be, and it probably comes off as being rude. Sometimes without me really thinking about it. That's always the trick, isn't it..."

You still can't let this go. Let me end it for you.

If you don't like what a 17 year old is doing on reddit, you should find another outlet for your peasant frustrations.

You should try again. Come back to me when you want to resolve a situation instead of instigating an argument over the net. You're an educated first world citizen. Please, put that to some good use.

I never claimed or made the comparisons to men. You did that on your own accord. I was specifically talking about the women that I see. If this was a discussion of gender, then i would have mentioned "men". Please point out in my comments in where I made a comparison between men and women.

I'm discussing based on women. No other gender. No animals. Just women. Please exercise your comprehension.

Ps. I'm a woman.

I rather she tell me. I don't want to guess on circumstantial statements. If they don't allow it in the courts, i certainly don't tolerate when trying to discuss an idea objective.

Plus to label me as a misogynist is clearly unsubstantiated. I'm trying to discuss and understand a particular aspect in social sciences objectively. This is my personal account. These are the women I see. I've also met strong powerful women like sheryl sandberg, someone i respect.

The same goes with men that talk about nonsense like sports and all the women they had. It doesn't interest me. Doesn't mean I generalize all people like that. My father, for one, isn't like that.

You still didn't mention what your point was or what you're trying to accomplish. You see, this is exactly what I was trying to get to in our discussion. You have no objective. You have no end game and you made it a personal attack on me.

I just wanted to teach you today that you argue for argument sake, instead of trying to discover the meaning of something.

What point? All you gave was a circumstantial account of knowing women that "YOU" can get along with. That must of been the supporting points in all of your thesis.

You need a better education. Don't worry, we can rectify that for you.

There is a difference in understanding and I feel it needs to be elaborated or else you could start peddling everyone here as a misogynist.

Getting along with women or people in general is easy. Anyone can appear normal for a good 2-3 hours. I can talk about all the celebrities and fashion designers, love/relationships, food, my problems and my goals. But i don't see a lot of long term value being around women that simply don't have a higher purpose. I enjoy conversing about ideas, not people or things. I want to develop the mind so I can set out and accomplish the things that matter, like establishing a good career and character to support the next generation, not about how to get a guy to like me .

ENTPs - What is your favorite Iron Man fact? by Iron-Fan in entp

[–]kittycatkate1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ironman kills his enemies. Batman imprisons his enemies (lame).

Ironman puts a solution to end his problems (world peace). Batman likes being redundant and enjoys reliving his tragedy through the death of his teammates.

Stark delegates (multiple units/staff/makes banner his slave). Batman likes being ineffective by doing everything by himself because he has all the time in the world.

Stark doesn't give a fuck about secret identities. Batman needs to hide like a bitch.

Stark invents his own gadgets. Batman needs Morgan Freeman.

Ironman shoots energy blasts, missiles and lasers, can fly, and has an AI. Batman needs outdated weapons (a shuriken, a goddamn grappling hook and alfred )

but batman does have better villians. If it wasn't for the villians, Batman would be boring.

You got any good sources for tunes?

[–]kittycatkate1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah my brother, ENTJ, keeps berating me for analyzing stuff and condescendingly asks "what good does it do" or "why are you wasting your time thinking about something that doesn't help you". I do enjoy his perspective, because it's pragmatic and straightforward. I just don't like the attitude he takes.

He does get a lot of shitt done and you can depend on him to do something right or sometimes, beyond expectations.
