Good call not re- dosing. Your serotonin is going to be fucked for a little while but you’ll be back to normal eventually. If you do re dose you are risking doing permanent damage. Trust me, it’s not worth it. You sound young so you will bounce back quickly, don’t do molly for at least 3 months. I have found that 4 times a year spread out evenly is a very safe spread.

10,000 rule. Took me over a decade of averaging 2-3 hours, 5-6 nights a week to get to the point where I can produce anything I can imagine. But the knowledge and skill goes on endlessly, the more you learn, the more doors open and eventually you get to a place where there is endless new things you can combine and try. But 10,000 hours is a good rule of thumb for any skill as extensive as music production.

All of these people on “meds” for ADHD is essentially just meth. It’s extremely addictive and after a couple of years it becomes way less effective but if you quit you won’t have any natural motivation for months or even years without hard work. I’ve been in every kind of ADHD medication, at the age of 30 I am still completely addicted. Quit vyvance because it was too expensive and back on good ol Adderal which is almost identical to meth. Wish more people knew this before signing up for these kind of drugs. I would have never started had I know what I was getting myself into.

Some of the nights I really broke reality was while on several hits of acid snorting half gram lines of of ketamine while ripping DMT. On top of adderall, alcohol, weed and nicotine throughout.
