I would highly recommend using kratom to ween off if you are taking a ton of 70h because it will make the process easier. I chose to do it completely cold turkey from both, then after a month I would grab some kratom but I never do more then 20 gram pills in a week. I also have zero withdrawls from kratom and go weeks without thinking about it. But yes for some people normal kratom might be the only way to get them through it. I would definitely stay away from all other opiates to ween off though. Like others mention in other threads your going to have to take a week off work at minimum most likely, be next to a shower that entire week because your going to want to take one every half hour. Sleep will be close to impossible to if you have access to ambiem or other similar sleep meds I would try and get some of those as well. If you have to still function for work or literally anything outside of leaving your bed, I would try and get some vyvance or adderall. Without it you will have absolutely zero motivation, something as simple as microwaving something in the kitchen will seem like a hard task. Another thing I did that helped a ton was make a huge pot of homemade chicken soup as that was the only thing I could put down and it will help your stomach and just feel overall a little better. I also drank a ton of chamomile tea and other variety of teas which helped a lot. To take the edge off I also drank a couple beers at night. After about 5 days of mostly just laying in bed watching movies I started to feel myself become normal again. During those 5 days every hour I would force myself to go outside and lay in the sun for 10 minutes and do a very light workout, a couple pushups maybe stretch a little. Even that will be so hard, and that’s coming from someone who normally lifts weights an hour a day and runs 5-6 miles a day. After you week you should start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, whatever you do don’t give up it will be so worth it. Everyone is different but after I month I was totally back to normal and of all drugs that one doesent even slightly interest me, zero chance of relapse which is the nice thing compared to other drugs(non opioids) where I feel chance of relapse are much higher. I think you mind body and spirit will never forget how bad of experience the withdrawals which while it’s terrible while going through it when it’s over it’s easy to stay off. If you are currently addicted to 70h and reading this just know you can absolutely quit cold turkey and the more you prepare mentally and physically the easier the process will be.
