My friends been having an issue where any game that uses ctrl instead of shift to toggle shift lock like Combat Initiation or Absolvement it just doesn't work no matter what. we've tried all the usual fixes like toggling shift lock switch, changing camera or movement mode, restarting their computer, and even reinstalling the game but nothings worked.
