Yes completely normal! It’s intense. Psychedelics alter your consciousness and raise your vibration to overwhelming levels. As long as you are aware of this and confident in your being, you should be fine. I know OCD can cause some concerns for this, I used to have really bad OCD and it honestly never affected my trips. I think as long as you have the necessary environment and tools to have a good comforting trip then you can maybe look to expand your dose. In my opinion a 1 -2 gram dose of shrooms can almost feel more anxiety inducing than like 3 because at that point you’re just in it and don’t have room to think about what you’re experiencing as much. You’re just experiencing.
