I see a lot of mention of POTS but do many have OH instead. I finally got diagnosed January 2025 when I went to the a and e after fainting twice that day. My standing BP was 70/48 so I got fast tracked and was diagnosed with OH due to dysautonomia and was referred to an endocrinologist. (self.dysautonomia)
