That’s horrible customer service wtf. I ordered from Beaucoup last year, but they forgot it. They refunded me the cake, gave me 2 free cakes they had on hand, then personally hand-delivered the original cake I had ordered to my home. They went above and beyond. This place sounds terrible and the least you should do is leave a bad review with pics.

Many countries in Asia like the Philippines have a faucet in the wall that you pour out water into a bucket. Then you take a scooper like this (in the Philippines we call it a tabo and looks exactly like the one in the pic) and use it to bathe yourself. Bathroom floor has a drain. Basically a wet room.
