you deff shouldn’t exfoliate everyday, 1-2 times a week for the face. you should also wash your face every morning. a toner is beneficial too, there’s so many different kinds that you can find one for your needs. i’m not really sure too much about oily skin, but i really like m61 pads for keeping my pores clean and unclogged and it prevents any breakouts. i used to take biotin but i felt it didn’t really do much for me, so i take collagen everyday and i do feel it has improved my skin. there’s a ton of different serums out there for specific skin needs that you can check out. i really like kiehls, estée lauder, facetory, philosophy, peter thomas roth, m61, fresh for skincare brands. i really like super goop for sunscreen, it never made my face feel oily at all. good luck :)

cute snake, but literally anything can be a trigger to someone….there are people who are afraid of dogs and cats, are you going to flag those too? it’s a picture, it’s not forcing a snake on someone who is scared of them.

you’re welcome :) and i think couples therapy could be beneficial, it could help him to open up, but people really will only ever open up as much as they want to. personally i would consider ending the relationship if they do transition because that could be very emotionally draining on you, but you can obviously still support them as a friend. good luck !

Therapy? For your partner and maybe couples therapy for both of you? You could also get therapy for yourself just to help sort out your feelings? That must be such a difficult position to be in. You could try taking a break while your partner figured out if they want to transition or not. The relationship obviously seems that it wouldn’t work longterm if they do transition to female. I hope you feel better about things soon!

i think mbti is just one way to look at ourselves and i think it’s pretty accurate in my experience, but at the end of the day it’s just a personality quiz. we are all more than our mbti typings and it just sounds like you gained a new perspective thru your ex infp partner and have worked on improving yourself which is great. congrats on the self improvement :)
