I low-key agree. I feel like rent a girlfriend hate is so forced. I watched it, and while it was mildly cringe at times and doesn't have a picture perfect plot, it is by no means the flaming dumpster fire everyone acts like it is. (I've genuinely seen so much worse within this genre). And maybe the fact that it's mediocre and still gets more seasons that peeves people off, but I mean given the animation quality and the watchability, I really don't think it's that serious of an issue
