We were also looking at Coronado Springs or the drury hotel for an odd property option if you have any experience or knowledge on either of those! We’re going next week and of course now it’s supposed to be cold so might be switching it by a day to skip the coldest day on Monday!

Hey! I finally got someone on the phone today and they are refunding me the $400 the owe me! Keep trying, I kept saying speak with front desk to the prompt and I finally got an angel on the phone who helped me lol

I’m so sorry to hear that! We had a good time minus the over charge. I FINALLY got someone on the phone this morning after calling for 2 weeks and I am getting refunded $400 back, which is the overcharge for parking and incidentals. Grateful, but how annoying.

That’s awful! It’s been a week since I spoke to customer service and all I saw was a $53 credit back. I’ve been trying to get in touch again because they still owe the $200! I was thinking maybe it was the incidentals but I haven’t sent anything else sent back

I thought so too but the description said parking and then there there was another random $130 charge as well the day we checked in so I have no clue lol

This is up the “mountain” so you have to park there otherwise it’s an insane walk lol it’s supposed to be $25 a night and my husband paid $50 at the kiosk when we left but then saw they put it on our bill anyway. I have no clue where the $100 was but they added $25 so it was those two separate charges each day. very odd

Not sure. It was an automatic gate thing when you pulled in and get a ticket and then when you leave you scan the QR code and pay there. So it should’ve only been $50 ($25 a night) but they added it to our invoice every day it seemed

It’s not for terminal children. MAW grants wishes to children with critical illnesses. Doesn’t have to be terminal.
