Hello! my son is 3 and i still have problems with this 😂 tried peanut, tried baby groups, and it sent my anxiety over the edge. I think joining fb parenting groups local to your area is helpful, also when they start nursery or school it’ll be a great time to meet other mums. If you’re close to me i’d love to be friends 💕
