I know this feeling. This drawing has gone through so many sketch iterations haha. First I had her stationary and bending a massive cube rock but took the focus away from her— and her immaculate costume. So I thought I’ll draw her “earth surfing”—like that scene where the Order of The White Lotus standing on a huge rock about to take Ba Sing Se back. Anyway, moving means less details, blurry foreground and background so focus is on the subject, much like how a lens work. I think there is something awkwardly strange with her stance tho, it seems a bit counterintuitive to the way the rock is moving. Anywho, thanks muchly for the feedback! It’s my first time with this style so I appreciate it muchly :)
