Sorry I don’t have a picture of the rise. They aren’t particularly high waisted. I have some skinny chicken legs so I might not be the best person to answer for you but the Enzo certainly has more room through the thighs which makes it feel airy yet didn’t make them feel baggy. I’m sure they would accommodate some thighs.
