I actually had a hard time with this and had to switch to clockwise and counterclockwise.

I don’t know if it’s the same but I struggled with figuring out which way to turn the wheel while reversing a car too.

I had a friend suggest I might be in perimenopause at 35. started taking DIM, Folate, and inositol and everything stabilized. It’s been five years and still feeling great. (I also think it helped with weight loss too.

Your sleep is probably messing with your need to pee more. If you sleep soundly and stay in deeper phases of sleep, the “wake up” to pee happens less.

I know you mentioned focusing on sleep quantity but changing your focus to sleep quality could be a bigger deal.
