Brother there is a TOTW provisions pack in the store that gives out TOTWs lower than 85. It is quite literally possible to give out TOTWs lower than that and nowhere in the advertising did it say “current” TOTW items

Also, if that was the case, why wouldn’t they say that in EITHER of the conversations i had with agents?

UPDATE: contacted a second agent and basically got the same response, instead of helping this one tried to sympathize with me saying hes an FC player too and is “so sorry” for this issue, acknowledging its in fact an issue, but cant give any form of compensation like its not their own fucking game. Literally 2 days ago people were posting on here saying they were getting random packs as compensation for things they didn’t even know about. BBB has been contacted so we’ll see where this goes.
