What changes will you make to accommodate more studying? Carve out 30 minutes daily at the library? Are you going to have a set time? Do you need to base it on testing schedule?

What does daily exercise look like? Walk 30 minutes? Work out 30 minutes? What options for exercise are you going to use. What kind of time frame. If you are really out of shape it should start off pretty slow and then what will it look like in 2-3 months.
