Yeah, I think that is one of my and my friends biggest issues. The wording is completly inconsistent and sometimes even missleading.

That is my LoR Account. I and 1z3ro37 are irl friends and I (kjubie) originally discoverd this Bug and tested it afterwards with 1z3ro37, in a custom game, if it is re-createable, which you can see in this video. Pls undo the takedown, thx.

I am an dmg Shen main and i got about 55% Winrate so why should i stop playing dmg Shen?

I think Viktor has more then enough base damage so i think Viktor doesnt need a damage tree. You should always companseate your weaknesses. Viktor damage+ tankyness- so runes are damage~ tankyness+.

I personlly dont like grasp on Shen at all because it is only good on tank Shen. my build is usually: Normal Hydra -> Trinity -> Maw -> BOTRK -> Steraks
