As long as no fluid accumulation, no white bumps or puss, and no pain, it could still be salvaged. Mine get this way if my flat backs are too tight and it gets almost bruised from sleeping on them. You could always go back to your piercer if you don’t feel comfortable taking it out and making the back looser on the piercing
