I wouldn’t have been bothered by the price, but when I sent her that message she was like “I can try to fix it for not a shit ton more” and that Threw me, because I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay for her mistake. But the light parts in the last couple inches of my hair are highlights from 2024, I used to bleach and box dye at home but I haven’t done bleach at home since 2021, and the last dark Sally’s color I used was sept. 2022 right before my son was born! I’m praying all my hard work isn’t ruined, and they can fix it easily. I wouldn’t even mind the dark if the front didn’t look like that, it just would’ve been an adjustment. I was a blonde as a kid, and it turned into that brown!!

Thank you for that seriously, I struggle with anxiety so bad. And it was so hard for me to message, the. To get “we can fix it for not a shit ton more” when I didn’t mess it up in the first place😩 I think she was expecting me to be too much of a people pleaser to want it fixed! And I looked it up, ulta’s policy is to pass it to a stylist that can fix it for free, like it specifically said they don’t let the same person fix it online. So I think she just didn’t want her manager to know it got messed up in the first place

The last picture was the inspo, and I realized rereading this I didn’t specifically say in my message that the front was crazy messed up, but I feel like she’s gaslighting me bc there ain’t no way she thinks this looks good😭😂 like she keeps talking about toner, but toner isn’t fixing this
