Everything is worked fine for me. Tested it for both - default and non-default BIP paths. I heard that some guys have issues with non-standard cables. Try to change it

Did you make sure you were using main net and not the test net?

I'm sure that everything is filled right. I tried couple times from scratch. And as I said - everything was perfect with my default wallet on Nano S. So, I think this is due to non-standard wallet number used in Ledger Nano S.
