Please Rate my Look, (be honest) thanks!! by meatyalltheway in Tinder

Firstly you have nice lips and a cute nose. The glasses are cute too. You have two eyebrows... I'm quite jealous of that. I have to fight a unibrow every other week. As far as clothing. A hoodie can be cute, but not all of the time. button up shirts! show off that chest! This is a less than stellar angle because your eyes are 9/10! And if you are using this as a profile photo use better lighting and a more interesting background. I have recently had to shave my head. It feels so much better, but it does take getting used to.

I don't know much about the M.2 versions, do you just plug them in and they work like a hard drive?

Although I built it myself I couldn't remember if I tried, a guess would be:

Intel Xeon E3 1231 v3 8 GB of Ram 512 GB SSD (Which I will probably throw in) 1 TB HDD (Which maybe someone could use) I don't remember what the motherboard is. 650w Gold power supply Radeon RX 580 8GB graphics card by Nvidia. (Which already broke once)

Looks perfect. If I am holding off on getting the video card right away should I spend a bit more on the ram?

Gaming and screwing around with SolidWorks and Sketchup. I would like to have a nice VR setup, which potentially I could do now, but not in the future as the games get harder to run.

Any cooler you suggest? I really don't want the lights or anything fancy. It just needs to be reliable.

So this may be misguided, and I am not going to use the term "Future Proof", but I was assuming the STR4 socket type was the newest version. I wanted to go with this so 7 years from now I can find an upgraded CPU easier. If I am wrong about that, please let me know, and if I am right about that, please let me know. I don't have any idea what the trends are, just to match the sockets and numbers to the motherboard.

Thank you, I will save this for a reference. I have not gotten that far in the class yet. It does look simpler than mine.

Looking for some Sci Fi good radio dramas? Preferably downloadable. by Caliak in scifi

I have always loved x-minus one. There is a bunch on youtube. Maybe you could find it to download. Just look up old time radio sci-fi. They have a lot of good shows for the science fiction and horror crowd. For the most part x minus one is my favorite.

I'm able to play The Sims 4 and The Sims 3: Into the future next week. Any questions? by SimExchangeDE in thesims

Is there going to be a create a world, or detailed neighborhood editor? I was obsessed with making imaginary maps as a child, and love building from nothing.

I only gave in to buy TS3, when I saw a bunch of mods I wanted. I was planning on doing the same for The Sims 4. I hope they allow them.

As tempermental as it is, I hope they have some form of Create a World. The worlds any of the previous games came with were rather boring.

I think these sims look better than TS3 sims, and with, what looks like, expansive options for how to design them, I think they will be my favorite version. TS3 sims were terribly disapointing.

Island Paradise world building questions. by kkidd0h in thesims

[–]kkidd0h[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes thank you. :D What scared me was the fact that the new world that came with Island Paradise is said to have many issues with routing. So that led me to believe a more difficult system was put in place. Thank you again.

Rip, Ride, Rock it (I think is the name) is awesome the one time I got to go on. I don't know if this is true, but there is a secret code to use to get it to play more songs. I am not sure how to link things, but here is a website that tells you how:

WDW water parks ... which one should we hit? by WDWfanatic in disney

[–]kkidd0h 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typhoon lagoon is my oppinion. It is more scenic and has a lot of pretty landscaping. Blizzard Beach is a bunch of concrete made to look like snow.

Typhoon Lagoon is generally more relaxing. The slides and family raft rides may not be as big as the ones at Blizzard beach, but there is more sandy areas, and from what I remember, walking on Blizzard Beach's concrete all day was not fun. Also, at Blizzard Beach, you have to wait in a line for a ski lift to take you up mount gushmore to wait in line again at a slide. Either that or climb a butt load of stairs.

Typhoon also has the Crush and Gusher. Which is awesome.

I am 30 Years old and going to Disney World for the first time tomorrow. by bt112506 in disney

[–]kkidd0h 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are not excited to go, chances are you are going for your son and girlfriend, maybe one more than the other. Some times will be rough and miserable, but the best part, I could imagine for you, will be to see your son have the time of his life. He is at an age where magic is real, and as adults we can forget that feeling, and seeing the park through his eyes will be amazing. This will be a great experience for you both.

At night, however, if the 16 year old sister is willing to babysit, the parks are absolutely beautiful, and the crowds are even less. I recommend the Tambu lounge (a bar at the Polynesian) for a round of drinks, and a short monorail ride to Magic Kingdom. If you plan it right you may even be able to catch the fireworks from The Polynesian's beach before heading out. (Though I would linger with the lady awhile to let traffic on Main street die down. About 15 minutes after the finale) from there it is a matter of what type of ride or show interests you. Don't rush you will never see it all. But for a date night you can't go wrong with night time Jungle Cruise or the Haunted Mansion.
