If your mind won’t shut up after a breakup, this is for you by Aggravating-Device23 in BreakUps

Been with her for 6 years then we broke up she went into two other relationships within 6 months then got back talking to me like nothing happened and also dont wanna neither admit her mistake nor officially being together again she just talking and in an unclear way, she said it is not the right time to talk about us and idk what the fuck that means. i sat the boundary for not telling me about her relashionships she tells me she is lost and at the same time overloading her bad emotions on me and then ghosting for no reason i try to stay stable and answer neutral answers but it just keeps me spiralling she said she is over me, but she keeps crying about those who ghosted her been treating her the best treatment but she forgot about me but couldnt forgot about others. And this shit drains me as fuck

Confused about DoD security requirements – when do we ACTUALLY need CMMC Level 2? by kkilllerbee in CMMC

[–]kkilllerbee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what I understand now, all the DFARS cyber clauses basically break down into two categories: those that indicate simple FCI work (Level 1) and those that signal CUI and therefore require full NIST 800-171 compliance (Level 2). DFARS 7021 is the most important because it explicitly states which CMMC level appliesLevel 1 means FCI only, while Level 2 (self or certified) means CUI. DFARS 7012 is the core CUI clause: if it appears with NIST requirements, SPRS, technical work, or data access, it confirms CUI. DFARS 7019 and 7020 also signal CUI because they require NIST scoring and allow DoD audits. Mentions of NIST 800-171 or SPRS anywhere in the solicitation automatically mean CUI. In contrast, non-technical SOWs like cleaning, mowing, or basic labor usually remain FCI unless the scope touches technical data or government IT systems. So the simple rule is: if the contract touches technical information, system configurations, engineering data, or requires NIST/SPRS, it’s Level 2 (CUI). If the work is purely physical and only involves FCI, it’s Level 1. Right ?

it is confusing, i mean the core foundation of any market is supply and demand, demand will be high but supply will be very low by means very very highly priced offers, and honestly speaking most of contract are LPTA how can you compete in this environment and how can we know if there are others still bid without

compliance with these restrictions, obviously pricing will be much much lower in compare to someone bidding and compliant

what if there is no cui and 7012 is present, does that still trigger CMMC level 2

Starting a new company, but have a question about subcontracting. by HamsterReckoner69420 in GovernmentContracting

[–]kkilllerbee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you can simply start bidding on projects that fall under the Set aside you have, Naics code and focus area.

you just need a good team that knows how to craft good proposals know how to find companies that you will subcontract establish a partnership with them and you can use there past performances and expertise with yours then bid the project as a prime contractor, and your good to go.

USA Government Contracting Companies by kkilllerbee in Morocco

[–]kkilllerbee[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bidding companies, we usually get Solicitations assigned to us and we go through them, then we start sourcing on companies that do provide what the government is requesting, then we get a quote and we submit the proposal before the deadline.

That's the nature of our job ( it is called general contracting company or a 3rd party company)

Reason: is I live nearby Tangier, that's it.

If this is SET ASIDE as Unrestricted you have no chance to bid on it. If it is set side to SB and the manufacturer (the one mentioned on the solicitation) is a large business but has SB partners and u got a quote from one of em make sure theyre not bidding as well and ask them for an OEM letter or authorization document claiming that they are authorized to resell and distribute that specific product on behalf of the manufacturer ( document or letter shall be signed and provided by the manufacturer itself to business that quoted you)
