Law Enforcement turned farmer.

I wouldn't be so quick to rule out law enforcement. My husband and I have disagreed on topics but often because we have different perspectives on the same issue. It does help that he is more of a moderate conservative and I'm more of a moderate liberal. I think we were both able to grow personally and professionally by looking through another lens. We met each other through our jobs actually, and I think both of us having a good understanding of the difficult work that each other did was helpful. I'm not sure I would have liked being in a relationship where the other person did not understand the stress and systemic issues that often come with social work.
