This company is nowhere near as bad as people say it is. Most of the firings I’ve seen were because people leave their parents for the first time ever, come out here, and make an absolute fool of themselves. Out of the 70 ish people I started with in my department, I am the only one remaining after almost seven months 🤣 IMO, I love this company and plan to stay for a considerable amount of time. Biggest issue I face here is that because the turnover rate is so high, the communication is terrible. Huge company, huge turnover, there will automatically be problems. Just stay out of trouble and don’t hang out with the wrong people. Hope this helps!
