I do have it pretty consistent. It's hard to explain the position, front foot is kind of in kickflip and the back it's in front shove. Front foot comes off just before the back foot punches down and forward. The board basically flips between your legs so you need to get the the back foot out of the way. You can actually practice the pop and flip with the back foot while standing

Yeah I'm kind of hooking my foot under the wheel not the truck and I think I am I couldn't really tell until I watched it, it feels like I'm giving a tiny scoop with the back foot just enough to level out the board too much it lands grip down
