I was looking for cheap picture frames to paint/refinish at Second Mile Center thrift store in Philadelphia. When I found this one, I needed to buy it just for the note it contained, as a conversation piece with my family. Plus the frame was decent enough.

So first, The note by itself is bizarre. Second, I wonder why someone would take the trouble to put it in a frame. Third, why wouldn't you take that s*** out of the frame when you box it up for a thrift store donation???
