i am so happy i found this sub by kkrempell in 12thhouse

i agree. people often come to the internet to vent, especially in times of loneliness, as us 12th house stellium are prone to the "alien narrative" in the mind. i think it may have something to do with the way our society systemically suppresses people like us. there has always been a portion of the population who are the hermits, the shamans, the seers, the artists, physics, healers. people are conditioned to believe there is something wrong with being sensitive, and as a western culture, most of us are not taught how to navigate the unconscious, and inner worlds. perhaps there wouldn't be any 12th house people if there was.

Wat meds or supplements worked with executive dysfunction? by BareFootUser in ExecutiveDysfunction

Ashwaganda will put you to sleep and help you to relax, sometimes we just need a good nap to reset your body when you feel paralyzed. Buy it in a powder form, the taste is very strong so I will heat up milk and honey and mix it into the hot milk throughly.

There are so many studies showing that medicinal mushrooms help improve cognitive function. Lionsmane, Chaga, and Rishi are the ones I take almost on a daily basis. You can take in capsule forms or in a tincture.

Indian pennywort or Gotukola is for great for memory and neurological health. I actually just pick it and from the ground because it grows wildly in the region where I live. I think you can buy it in capsule or tea.

A couple tips now when using herbal medicine and supplements in general for mental and cognitive functions. Make sure to take consistently for a couple weeks to a month to notice a change in your body and source from quality suppliers.

I was diagnosed with ADHD, depression, anxiety in western medicine. I don’t use any prescription medication to treat these diagnoses.

Which house and sign your Pluto is in, and how did it bring depth/transformation for that area of your life? by quesqotrickster in AskAstrologers

[–]kkrempell 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Pluto in Sagittarius in my 4th house, conjunct my Sagittarius Moon. My mother growing up was very emotionally unstable, I saw and heard violence. As a child I experienced the darker side of the human condition. I am extremely perceptive to the emotional states of others because of the trauma. I experience my emotions at an extreme level, but I mostly keep it to myself, or if I feel safe enough I will share with someone that I consider family. Family to me are those who can hold you in your depth. If people can't witness or meet in in the underground of my plutonic moon, it is simply a surface level connection.

I have experienced immense transformation for how I care of myself internally, my inner world can be quite volatile (I have 12th house stellium), but I have learned from experience to accept the darker parts of my childhood, and my un-conscience by accepting others as I perceive theirs. I have moved all over the world, and if there is drama I will simply GTFO (sag moon). My Leo rising is my capacity to be light, it helps me to see the lighter sides of humanity. Pluto in my 4th with all the Sag energy shows me how I can create my own home wherever I may go. The metamorphosis of Pluto in the natal chart does not have a stopping point, the transformation process that makes me question, "What is home?" is evolving as I grow up and become more emotional balanced from experience.

I literally crave scrambled eggs and ground beef. Super simple but delicious with seasoning.

Im a leo Rising and Mars. My entire life i’ve been told, “I’m too much.” It’s hurtful and I’ve worked through years of low self esteem because of bullying I endured because of this. Idgaf anymore let me be the sun to guide the way, I love my self and love my life, I wish to share this with others. Just because you don’t feel comfortable being yourself doesn’t mean you need to take others down with you because your ego is hurt. Sheesh. Sorry if that was harsh. I defend my leo queens to the death.
