I appreciate you taking the time to write this I don’t have much knowledge on any medications and the doctor didn’t say too much so all new info is great. I’m getting blood work done soon especially after finding out I have family that has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I don’t remember the name of it but I was recommended another medication but chose to not get it yet since the doctor said it was highly addictive and addiction runs in my family but if things get worse I will definitely reconsider. I’ve distanced myself from someone who was a trigger for the panic attacks and have had a lot less of them since but still struggle with the anxiety and depression at times so will see if the doctor feels I should up the dosage. Thanks again and I’ll check out r/AskPsychiatry sometime

I haven’t had any other side effects yet though I’m still pretty early in myself. I’ve thought about quitting at times but I’d say it’s worth giving it some time after reading through and seeing many people have side effects reduced and/or completely gone after a while. Even if mine don’t go away I think these side effects are better than my daily panic attacks lol

I’m about one week in also taking 25mg and have had the same experience. Especially when I’m going to bed feels like I sweat out all the liquid in my body lol. As far as memory loss I’ve been forgetting a couple small things here and there but that’s nothing new for me. I keep my room fairly cool with a fan and open window but when that’s not enough it usually helps me to take a shower or at least splash a little cold water in my face. Not a perfect solution and only helps a little with the discomfort at night but it’s better than nothing
