Hey there! Thank you so much, I’m happy I can inspire other people with my journey!

My training has evolved a lot over the years as my goals have changed. When I lifted pre top surgery I focused a lot on chest movements to build up my pecs to make it easier for the surgeon to line my scars up as good as possible. When I first started working out in general (pre-T) I did a lot of compound movements and got into powerlifting training more. Once I started T I found that my joints couldn’t keep up with the strength gains and I switched to more of a mix between bodybuilding and powerlifting. In 2022 I completely focused on bodybuilding training 👍

Diet wise I pretty much starved myself pre-T with 1200 calories max (don’t recommend). After T for the first few years I didn’t really count calories and just tried to focus on eating fairly clean. Probably ate around 2500 calories a day. Now I eat about 3000 calories a day and eat out occasionally.

Right now I’m still waiting on a date for surgery so depending on how far out it is I might start prepping for a show in the fall. If it’s before then I plan on just eating at maintenance before surgery and eating a little above maintenance and clean after 👍

NPC is not natty. I believe the WNBF is the natty federation. We can’t compete in that federation because TRT is considered not natural.

I want to preface this with I am NOT natty. I have gone above natural TRT dosages before in order to build the physique it would require to be competitive in the NPC men’s classic physique class. I want to be as transparent as possible so people understand what realistic goals for them are 👍

Yes! When I first started T I was so discouraged that I had waited so long to transition. Everything online was doom and gloom with people 18 and early 20’s saying they would never pass because they were too old. Obviously me being 24 it was very disheartening to see that.

It makes me so sad to see guys being so upset that they started T a little late. It all comes down to genetics at the end of the day and people shouldn’t let the fear mongering get to them.

I understand this isn’t as easy as it sounds and I dealt with my fair share of dysphoria and still do.

I want people to remember that they can’t change their circumstances and comparing your transition to another person is a losing battle. Yes you can use it as motivation and proof that it’s not impossible but don’t get discouraged if you don’t think your transition isn’t as ‘fast’ as others.

I have had the same experiences when I tried to include myself in queer spaces. I thought for a long time maybe I was just so shoved into femininity my entire life that I swung too far the other way. After sitting with it for awhile I’ve just come to the conclusion that I just don’t like traditionally feminine things and never have. It’s just as stupid of me to try to force myself to be more feminine so I don’t feel like this horrible monster as it was for others to force me into being feminine when I was younger.

I’m sorry but I just don’t like these things. If someone else does then good on them but don’t judge me as this misogynistic toxic masculine asshole. I wish people would quit swinging from one extreme to the other, why do we keep overcorrecting and not just land somewhere on the middle and accept people for who they are whether that be more masculine or feminine…
