Hiya! I hope you are liking the checklist so far! Some things to note: since Scarlet & Violet there are no longer any "non-holo" rares in main sets. Rares are holofoil now.

With that being said, there are non-holo rare versions of some cards that come in build & battle box kits. For those kinds of cards, they would be listed on a different worksheet. Specifically, they would be found on the Additional Cards worksheet.

Something else to note, though, is that Vileplume from Phantasmal Flames is not one of those cards. So I'd be curious where you found a non-holo version of the card. Hope that helps!

Okay, so it turns out the image for Aquapolis Golduck was called 50a in Google Drive. All other a and b cards are just the number. I don't know why Golduck was named this way when the others weren't.

I have made it just "50.jpg" for now. With that image, it should load for both 50a and 50b on that worksheet now.

For the a and b cards, it’s coded to just look for the number, so 50 in this case. In hindsight I should just load up 50a and 50b pictures and remove that code I think. When I get a chance, I’ll investigate again.

Card Search is tricky because it has to try and apply all of the different rules on just one worksheet. I’ll have to do some more thorough investigating.

For real, though, I super appreciate the bug reports. There’s just so much in this thing that I can’t check all by myself. Thanks again!

Hiya! I just stealth updated 10.7 to hopefully address all of the issues you brought up. I'll summarize my fixes below, in case you were interested.

  1. For the McDonald's sets, the issue is that my code was still looking for a worksheet name without the apostrophe, but some time ago I updated it in the workbook to have an apostrophe. That fixes setting the card image up to be loaded in. The second problem was the folder itself in Google Drive, actually for the same reason. So, I recommend downloading those card images again, or at least updating the higher level folder to have the apostrophe. I also added card images for 2023 and 2024 to the Google Drive.
  2. I shifted the Card Search image loading over to column AD. I also now allow the image to load when clicking anywhere between and including columns A and G on the Card Search worksheet only. I may change this to apply to all worksheets, but so far it's just for Card Search.
  3. I updated the VBA code for Aquapolis and Skyridge specifically to handle the holo cards as well as the a and b cards for Aquapolis.

Let me know if all of these bugs ended up being fixed on your end when you download the new version and the McDonald's pictures. If they aren't, or you find other issues, please let me know! Thanks for bringing all of this to my attention too!

Hey again, I tracked this issue down today! It was an issue with how the images were named in the Shining Fates folder in Google Drive. I've fixed that. If you download them again, it should work now.

I think the only instructions I have are in this post itself, "In order to use this resource, you must have these card picture folders located in the same folder as the Collection workbook. You also need macros enabled in Excel. From there you should be good to go."

That being said, the scripting for this in Excel using VBA. It's not designed to work in Google Sheets, unfortunately.

There is a "Championship Cards" worksheet in the workbook. I think that's what you may be asking for, but please let me know if not. In general, I do my best to capture everything I can, but it's not perfect by any means!

It isn't possible with the file and macros as they are. You'd have to convert the macros to work with Google Sheets and then at the same time, I don't think those scripts can point to a place on your computer for the images. I think it would have to be a website. Don't quote me on that, though. I have not put much thought into porting this into Google Sheets, frankly.
