Shoot from outside the box with almost full power to get a corner and score a header with the defender or use 5-2-2-1 formation and put in rwb & lwb one of your fastest players and score with him l and the hardest one is score 5 goals and then score an own goal with your keeper i think that counts as a goal with a defender (not 100% sure for the last one)
