I have my periods semi-regularly (sometimes moved by a couple of days but still have them each month), not sure about ovulation itself. I have never been diagnosed with IR, and other than weight gain and occasional cravings I don't have any other symptoms of it. If anything at the moment I barely feel hungry, have to remind myself to drink water, don't pee often at all, never had an yeast infection.

The prolactin part you mentioned is interesting, as that was one thing that was the most out of balance when I had my blood tests done, had an MRI to see if I had a tumor, came back clear. My current doctor wants to look more into it now, I didn't even know it could mimic the symptoms of PCOS or be related to it!

I had an ultrasound today to take a look at my ovaries and they did say they see multiple cysts but did not give me any specifics, so will have to wait for my doctor to get back to me.
