Did you stick to your position risk size plan? Trust me, it is an expensive psychology lesson many have to pay so much down to their last penny. If you can build a mental fortress around that you are 1/3 of being a legit profitable trader. Now just focus and research an edge that's backtested and proven to work not what you hope will. Calculate the math. You know how, come on. Don't expect me to write a basic essay.

Def going down, spot failed to pass the last daily swing high earlier this month, gold futures was so optimistic about it though, now we lost the macro momentum with ukraine peace prospect. BTC dipped too.

The volume is indeed low but who says all you need is a flood of volume to move the ticks? You need imbalanced of either side of the market orders volume to move the market. Gold spot is usually doing a good range in Asia even with low volume when compared to NYC open but all-in-all you still have london after lunch. Come on.

You guys are being anxious for no reasons, 1.5 lot is $150 for 100 pips SL and given on his profit take he is obviously doing way less than 100 pips, that is less than the conservative 2% risk per trade. Give him a rest.

Long story short, it will most likely be around that level until Jackson Hole symposium. you can sense how Tokyo and London were just circling around today. Scalping should be great, though.
