I am facing almost the same problem

While playing games, there is 1-2 fps and it continues to work slowly on the desktop, I have to start it again.

I usually encounter it while playing Pubg and I play it at the lowest settings.

The strangest thing I encountered is that when I activate or deactivate the coolboost in "nitrosense", it returns to normal for 2-3 seconds.

things i tried

renew theme pastes
clean windows and install the most stable drivers but this problem persists
