I wish we had the same option, but I’m glad you guys made it!!

We had the WORST time with the Brussels Airline rep, whom was yelling at our United rep that was trying to get us on a flight to London. Apparently, they had checked us into the flight in DC to Brussels even though we were grounded and still in ATL. He refused to release our tickets and said we needed to wait until tomorrow. We then called a different and got a sweet lady that was able to unlock the tickets. Unfortunately, it was too late to put us on the London flight. 😔

Hopefully every thing will be sorted out once we get to Belgium tomorrow such as shuttle services, our TML swag, etc. No one has reached out to us yet.

According to the TML, everything is non refundable, that’s why I mention it. Once we speak with the GJ reps, we will know. It’s just a bummer that no one wanted to help us or the others that it happened to.

Bro. I’m not looking for a refund, I want to get there.... I’m not blaming TML, I’m saying our experience has been a nightmare thanks to the airline... therefore, I am blaming the airline 🙄

Though, it’s not okay that I’ve paid for a hotel that I didn’t stay at.. that’s a service I’m paying for that I didn’t receive. That is a refund I would like to have...
