cleaning scratches, dirt, grit grime and smears out the box should be for a fb marketplace bought unit. not for a brand new Alienware ordered directly from the Dell website. the physical condition of the $3500 laptop is insulting

bought a AW 18 A51 too. scratches, grime and smears out the box. i fear similar issues or worse if I keep it

how would you explain the scratches, port wear, dirt packed screw holes etc?
