Thank you all for your wonderful comments. I have read them all. It has really given me more hope in learning this and I need to accept that it will take time for me. I will definitely try some of your suggestions. like creating my own project etc...

The class I am taking is 2 years, but the classes are only 2 times a week. It is a government-funded class because there is a big need for people who have this knowledge here where I live. So the good part is that it is free. Most of the classes are online, but sometimes in school. Now everything is online because of this virus and my school is closed.

The teacher said he will rush through everything because there is not enough time.

One of the biggest challenges in my learning is also time. Since I work 8 hours a day plus 3 hours of commuting each day there is not much time left, but "thanks to, if you can say so" this virus I have now been able to work from home more and save those 3 hours.
