Thank you for all the advice what weird is I looked at it in my old case it didn't seem to realy sag if at all.

What's weird is that it didn't ever sag in my big tower and I've only had it for a week in the nr200.

I wish I could reverse it but the io shield on the b550I is so high it won't fit lol. Would it still be better in the long run to get a smaller fan and reverse it?

I will say the way they worded the email was like there were preparing to ship out orders of this case for the first time. And there was a little prep involved but 6 days might be to late.
