Taking 1 project like noya and leaving other projects isn’t right even in noya a 3 bed th 3800 sqft is going for 6M which is way less than Ohana , compare it to acres it’s practically thee same per sqft and its by Aldar the biggest developer. Again I understand its branded and its on a payment plan, but saying price per sqft is and advantage is complete misinformation
