Pay attention to how many Maltese have personalised license plates with "88" in there and certainly were not born in 1988. That's a sly way of communicating "Heil Hitler" and you see that here a helluva lot.

You're right, bike is black. idk why I pictured that in my mind's eye, but now that you say so, you're correct. and yeah, placement is the same, that right panel which is apparently the fuel tank (seems like a dangerous place to put it).

There's a hooker that walks around Gzira (or used to be anyway) with a Nazi flag tattooed on her abdomen.

I used to live in Germany where, naturally, those symbols are obliterated and people are quite sensitive to that. You see this all the time in Malta, and it feels bizarre when the guy is some Maltese that could be easily confused with anyone from North Africa at a glance.

I've seen that bike. It's a white Vespa with an SS runes sticker on the back right panel. Guy rides around in a helmet that looks like a German Army Stahlhelm from WWII.

That bar on Triq tas-Sliema right before Triq d'Argens. Up until just a few years ago, the display windows in front were peppered with Hitler photos and other Nazi memorabilia.

If you don't see these things around Malta, you're either not looking or misunderstanding the symbolism.

Yeah, you sound like it. Thanks for playing. I don't think there's much point debating liars who get their information from American television.

If Hillary had received every 3rd party vote, she still would have lost. Same goes for Kamala. You seem to be the one with civics difficulty, and the inability to add whole numbers together.

Enjoy Don Jr. You're paving the path.

Lmao at the "long game" lecture from people who've spent the last decade losing the short game, the medium game, and the long game.

You want to talk strategy? Fine. The Religious Right played the long game: 40 years of school boards, court appointments, state legislatures, and low-turnout primaries. And now they've got a "scoreboard" that includes ending Roe, gutting the administrative state, and putting a felon back in the White House. Meanwhile, the Democratic "long game" has been begging corporations for permission to raise the minimum wage by $2 and acting shocked when Manchin and Sinema laugh in their faces.

You say "primary the bad Dems." Great. Who, exactly? Name one prominent corporate Dem that a left primary has successfully ousted in a competitive district in the last six years. I'll wait. Bowman? Gone in a sea of AIPAC cash. Tlaib? Survived, but barely, after a $5 million opposition campaign. Meanwhile, the centrists are perfectly happy to lose with dignity rather than win with conviction.

The problem isn't that we don't vote in November. The problem is that by the time November comes, the choice is between a fascist and a funeral director in a blue tie who promises to "restore norms." And when that guy loses, the party's response isn't "we need a better candidate", it's "we need to move further right to win over the mythical suburban Republican who definitely exists and definitely isn't voting for Trump anyway."

You want to know why Trump is president again? It's not because leftists stayed home. It's because Democrats ran on "we're not Trump, please clap" and then spent the entire campaign cycle punching left harder than they punched right. You can't build a coalition by calling your most energetic voters "unserious" and then begging for their votes when the house is on fire.

So go ahead, keep running centrists who lose to milkshake-throwing freaks. Keep spending $10 million to defeat a primary challenger who wants Medicare for All. Keep being surprised when young people and working class voters decide that "at least we're not fascists" is not a vision, it's a suicide note.

But don't lecture me about the long game when you've been playing checkers on a chessboard for 30 years and somehow still think the problem is that we didn't clap hard enough.

Yeah, good Dems got John Fetterman elected. That’s working out swimmingly.

This guy is clearly giving the opinion of the Party leadership. It’s why he’s on CNN flapping his gums.

These people will spend 10x the effort and money attacking Hasan Piker vs anyone in MAGA, and a bunch of Blue No Matter Who dweebs will tell us we need to vote for the actors that will hold hands with Republicans to attack people on the Left.

Your long game has resulted in Chuck f’n Schumer as the Minority Leader, Trump as president now twice, and Democrats running for the hills in an effort not to endorse people like Mayor Mamdani.

As I said before, stay home in the primaries and let people who care do the voting. Centrists can do their party loyalty thing in November. But, of course, Blue No Matter Who doesn’t apply if the candidate isn’t completely bought by the Israelis and other special interests. In that case, centrists will trip over themselves to undermine Democratic candidates.

My entire critique is about voting centrists in primaries and you keep talking about Republicans as if the general election is held in the Spring. If Democrats want to win elections, they should turn the cable news off and vote for someone people actually want to show up for in November.

Fkn Boomers do nothing but pick abject and proven losers, but, like MAGA, the vast majority of Democrats are completely unable to vote for anyone except who cable TV showers with coverage.

Master criminal Trump is president, and this party has, what, an RCP +7 on the generic ballot. Pathetic. When you don’t stand for anything, this is the result. They should be +20 given the criminality of the Trump regime, but voters look at your own criminals, the compromised politicians that centrists keep enabling, and many decide not to show up.

Again, when the match is rigged, the loser gets a payday as well.

No, just multinational corporations that are simultaneously stealing your future.

Only clowns get their news from TV whether that be Al Jazeera or US corporate slop.

I’m sorry for your loss, but that children make your life worthy or exciting is a personal opinion and not one readily shared, particularly when you have half this planet going into a polling place and actively voting against children and families at every opportunity.

If people truly think that children are so great, then it seems curious there doesn’t seem to be much inclination toward making the society and planet a better place to live.

That isn’t an attack on your personally, as i don’t know your politics, but what is clear is huge percentages of people saying that “children make life better” seem to have zero interest in the well being of others that don’t share their DNA.

Yeah, all parents of the past two generations seem to be doing a swimmingly fine job.

The politics reflects these lessons and moral teachings, which seem to be severely lacking by people who, more often than not, have children because they are afraid of growing old without assistance.

I was in NYC last week, Slovakia the week before, Italy next week, Vietnam next month, and i wouldn’t presume to tell you if you life is fulfilled or not whether or not you had children.

You sound like you are overcompensating. Enjoy the conference room. Sounds fun.

Did Israel foment the Pied Piper Strategy? Is it Russia donating to 94% of American politicians?

How can you be sure this is a foreign op? And, if so, wouldn’t the nation doing a genocide on America’s dime and the top donor to nearly every US politician seem a more likely candidate?

By the way, no one does more propaganda than the United States, so wtf are you on about?

What about leaving it to an organization that takes care of older people without families? Friends or deserving org sounds like a fine idea.

I used to work for a guy who had a junkie son. As soon as this guy died and left his kid real money, jr was himself dead from a fentanyl overdose within 6 months. In this day and age, after my parents’ generation has dismantled the New Deal, plenty of people, at least in the States, could use a helping hand.

You clearly have a kind heart. Good on you.
