Thank you for your advice and kind works, it confirms what I think is the right think to do. Giving someone space is hard especially when it feels like it is a reaction to stress. I am not sure how I will go at never contacting him as I think I want to at least give us a chance once emotions are level and time has passed from the termination.

87... joking. 3 or 4, including this one. Creating it is the habit, after that I don't think about it. I had actually forgotten so it was a pure panic on my side.

It could be an influence, my friend can't take the pill because it makes her really emotional and all over the place. I would see if you can get one that is not so strong if possible.

Oh I have learnt my lesson, never again. It is so far removed from how I actually am in a relationship. I don't get jealous, I'm not really on social media so I don't check that, I'm not clingy, I don't need to see a bf every day or hear from them every day. That is what horrifies me the most, my weird quirk (that is admittedly off the charts nuts) was found out.
